Description

The VA Network Business Center seeks a Request for Quote for a Firm Fixed Price Service Contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to provide Mammogram Screening and a Self-Contained Mobile Mammography Van or Portable Setup for the Sepulveda Ambulatory & Nuring Home Center. The facility location is at 16111 Plummer St., North Hills, CA 91343 and coverage will be one day per month for the period March 1, 2001 through February 28, 2002. This will be a unrestricted five (5) year contract with one(1)base year and four(4)one(1)year options.
