Description

The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of The Joint Chiefs of Staff, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PLEXUS Software, Division of BancTec, 1310 Chesapeake Terrace, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 for the open market, commercial purchase of follow-on license maintenance and service for FloWare. This software license maintenance service supports the Joint Staff Action Processing (JSAP) system. PLEXUS Software has proprietary rights to the FloWare software and follow-on maintenance capabilities essential to and on which the contract shall be based. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months. This notice is for informational purposes only. No solicitation will be issued. All interested parties must submit a capabilities statement describing their ability to meet this requirement which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
