Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure through full and open competitive procedures Information Technology Services for the Naval Education and Training Professional Development and Technology Center (NETPDTC), Pensacola, FL. These services include but are not limited to computer systems administration, management and maintenance, technical support, facilities planning, data entry, production support, multi-media systems support services, system development/software maintenance functions, (including ancillary functions), hardware assessment, and general administrative support. Services shall be performed throughout CONUS, with Pensacola, FL as the hub, and San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA, and Great Lakes, IL as major focal points. A cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract under which task orders shall be issued is anticipated. The period of performance shall consist of a base period of 12 months (1 Oct. 2001 through 30 Sept. 2002), with three, one year options. The solicitation shall require the submission of technical and cost proposals. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC Det. Phila. The Request for Proposals will be made available electronically upon its release at http://.www.navy.neco.mil. It is the Government's intention to issue this solicitation through electronic means only; however, requests may also be made by letter or telefax to (215) 697-9738.
