Description

This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. RFQ01C-7 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-32. The Library of Congress has a requirement to purchase commercial off the shelf web based, federalized, time and attendance (TA) systems. This TA system is to provide time and attenance services for 4500 LOC staff members. Prospective contractors should submit cost and technical data to be evaluated. Interested firms will be considered only if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirement stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous than the contractor named. Under this clause the following clauses have been modified by the Library of Congress, 52.233-1 Disputes, 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.
