Numbered Notes 1 and 26 apply. Solicitation wil be issued utilizing Best Value Source Selection procedures. A total small business set-aside negotiate Indefinite Delivery type procurement with two term options also apply. Sizes will be procured FOB destination to SNT(DDSP, New Cumberland). The quantity is 4,540 Minimum and 5,680 Maximum Coveralls, Mechanics, Desert Tan. Applicable Purchase Description is 95-03 dated June 2, 1995 with pattern dated June 14, 1995. Production lead-time is 150 days after date of award with 6 deliveries. Technical requirements of the solicitation consist of: PDM, Past Performance, Socioecomic Plan, DLA Mentoring and JWOD. Prior award history is as follows: Tullahoma Industries of Tullahoma, TN for 25,720 minimum at $39.45 and 51,440 maximum at $39.45 on January 5, 2001. There are two term options for $39.45. The solicitation will be issued on or before February 23, 2001.
