The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 20 each 350 days after contract award (DACA), and 20 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 20 each 280 DACA, and 20 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered.
