Description

Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 1005-00-937-2250 -- Swab holder section, small arms cleaning rod. Used with M16 series rifle, phosphate finish. The item is being procured in accordance with Army (19200) drawing 11686327 and all other referenced specifications and drawings. This is a solicitation of an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 241,947 each to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. Solicitation includes a based year and up to four priced option years. Required delivery is for up to 60,487 each due within 90 days with an additional 60,487 each due every 30 days thereafter until complete. The solicitation will be available on the web after 2/22/01 at "http://dibbs.dscccols.com.rfp". A written quote is required at the address in block 8 on page 1 of the solicitation by the date and time specified. EBB quotes are not acceptable. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business and all responsible, domestic, small business offers will be considered. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies.
