Description

Joint sealant replacement at the SSA-WBDOC, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The estimated/budgeted cost of work is between $75,000.00 and $100,000.00. The joint sealant replacement work is on the exterior brick and cast stone masonry walls. The work consists of the complete removal of the existing deteriorated urethane joint sealants and replacement with new two-component urethane joint sealant. Site visits must be arranged with Debbie Heil, SSA Facilities Mgr., at (570) 831-1329. Bid proposals are due no later than 2:00p.m. on Monday, 04/09/2001. Contract award will be made no later than Tuesday, 05/01/2001. A pre-bid meeting to discuss the project will be held at the project site on Monday, 03/19/2001, at 10:00a.m.
