Description

Furnish all labor, material, and supervision to remodel existing space with in our lab area according to drawings and specifications. Scope of work to include general renovation, demolition, new wall construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and new finishes (ceiling, flooring, painting, ceramic tile, etc.). The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC Code is 1542. This procurement is subject to the avaliability of funds. Estimated solicitation issue date is March 1, 2001. Estimated bid opening date is March 30, 2001. A pre-bid confeence will be scheduled for tis project, the time and date will be indicated within the solicitation.
