Description

THIS IS A HUBZONE SET-ASIDE Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination required to perform required work for each delivery order as set forth on the applicable Statement of Work and/or Specification attached thereto. Work shall be accomplished in each delivery order for the original bid prices to include special work times for utility outages and repair of damages. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract and shall include a wide variety of individual construction tasks. The proposed contract is for a broad range of maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, and minor construction work on real property at Robins AFB, GA. The Official Copy of the solicitation will not be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) or paper and can only be accessed on the WEB Site: http://pkec.robins.af.mil Notice to Contractors: Contractors desiring can view the solicitation, including drawings & specs, via the computers in the WR-ALC bid-room, building 208, Robins AFB GA. The period of performance for this project is twelve months from date of award, with four annual option periods that may be exercised on or before the last day of the previous contract/option period. There is a $3 million dollar limit per year ($15 million total limit). Individual delivery orders will range from $1,000.00 to $500,000.00 each. The guaranteed minimum dollar amount is $20,000.00 The approximate issue date will be 30 Mar 2001 with the approximate response date of 30 Apr 2001.
