Description
Provide materials and services necessary to replace roof, gym/pool complex, buildings 53, 99, 213, and 230, U. S. Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, Virginia. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing the roof at the gym/pool complex and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 9035 and Drawing No. 9035 (Sheets 1 4). All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after Award. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY BY INTERNET AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: http://www.uscg.mil/mlclant/fdcclant/contracts.html. Any prospective bidder interested in bidding on this solicitation must REGISTER at this web site and download plans and specifications in order to be placed on the plan holder list. If not registered, the United States Government is not responsible for providing you with notifications of any changes to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the web site on March 2, 2001. The date for bid opening for Solicitation No. DTCG47-01-B-3EFK04 is April 3, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. in Norfolk, VA. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation is unrestricted IAW the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
