CONSTRUCTION AND LEASE of a new postal facility at Byhalia, MS 38611-9998 (Marshall County). USPS controlled site is located on Highway 178, east of Vinson Road. Site size is 88,762 SF (2.04 acres) and the net interior of the building will contain 8,256 SF. 20 year lease term with two, 5-year renewal options at fixed prices.
