Description

Contractor shall remove 44 complete sets of dormitory furniture from Buildings 648 and 649 for a total of 88 complete sets, and 27.5 complete sets of furniture from Building 650, all of which are 3 story buildings with a total of 44 rooms per building, located at Presidio of Monterey, CA 93944. Contractor shall provide all truck(s), driver(s) and personnel to load, deliver, and unload the furniture at the base warehouse Building 4491 located at the Presidio of Monterey Annex (Fort Ord). The distance between the pick up point and delivery point is approximately 10 miles. A complete set of dormitory furniture consists of the following: 3ea 3 drawer chest, 2ea Wardrobes, 2ea Desks, 2ea Chairs, 2ea Bookcases, and 2ea Single beds with headboard, footboard and springs. Contractor shall complete all work before 1 March 01.
