Solicitation 150-65-01, HCR 178AS, Term = 01-APR-01 to 31-MAR-05. Termini = Bloomsburg (Thompson Mailing), PA to Philadelphia BMC, PA. As needed Plant Load contract with a vehicle requirement of one(1) two axle tractor and three(3) 45' tandem axle trailers. This is a round trip rate contract with two route parts.
