Description

67 -- Photographic Equipment. Phantom V4.0 Color Cameras. IAW White Sands Missile Range Purchase Request W81C3903530104A. Delivery to be 8 weeks after date of contract. W81C3903530104A is to be negotiated as an other than full and open competition procurement with Photo-Sonics, Inc. of Burbank, CA. The Government intends to award to Photo-Sonics, Inc. of Burbank, CA. The other than full and open competition is necessary as Photo-Sonics can provide Phantom V4.0 cameras that can be incorporated in the extisting optical mounts which require stringent operational and size requirements. Additionally, the configuration on the range tracking mounts must be stand-alone. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Evidence of capability shall be sent to the procuring activity listed above NLT ten (10) days from the date of the CBD publication of this notice. This notice is for informational purposes only; it is not a request for proposals nor should be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this announcement. The point of contact is Dennis L.
