Description

Effective March, Invitations for Bid with a bid opening date of March 5, 2001 or greater will require submittal of the DLA Form 1822, End Use Certificate, when appropriate. The DRMS Form 2, End Use Certificate, can no longer be used. The DLA Form 1822 submittal for Demil Code "A" is normally not required except when the property is located outside the United States and its territories and possessions. The DLA Form 1822 requires more detail to enable Trade Security Control clearances to be processed.
