Description

This is a requirement to obtain contract support services in developing, preparing and conducting wargames using the Enhanced Naval Warfare Gaming System for instruction at the Tactical Training Group, Pacific, in San Diego, CA. Travel may be necessary for performance at other locations when tasked by the Navy. The solicitation will be "unrestricted" and will include a base period commencing 1 October 2001 with 4 optional periods of performance. The proposal preparation requirements include an oral presentation to be conducted in San Diego, Ca. The date for release of the solicitation has not yet been established. However, at the time the solicitation is released to the Navy's website www.neco.navy.mil, a notice will be published to inform potential offerors of the posting. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be available from the Bid Officer. See Note 26.*****
