Description
SUBJECT: Research and Development of the Carriage/Stream/Tow/Recovery System (CSTRS) for the Airborne Mine Counter Measure (AMCM) System on teh CH-60S Helicopter. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to modify sole source contract N00019-01-C-0045 to Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), Johnstown, PA to continue the development of the CSTRS for the AMCM System on the CH-60S helicopter. CTC is the sole developer of the CSTRS and therefore is the only known source with the expertise and technical data necessary to continue development of the system. See Note 22.
