Description

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries contemplates a Firm Fixed Price three (3) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to be awarded in response to this solicitation on a "ALL OR NONE" basis for the following item(s): Line item 0001 Thread cotton/polyester 70, 2-3P, O-drab, S-1, CA66022*, 2-3 ply, No. 70, polyester covering shall not be used, Tex 31-35 for needle conforming to A-A-50199 (pink cone). Estimated Maximum quantity 120,000,000 yards (12,000 yards/cone). Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 86,400,000 yards. UNICOR MCS No. THD0928. Line item 0002 thread, gimp, ty-1 &2, SZ 8, olive brab. The dyed gimp shall show "good" fastness to laundering, conforming to (A-A-50198), olive drab CA-66022. Estimated Maximum Quantity 24,000,000 yards (12,000 yards/cone). Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 17,640,000 yards. UNICOR MCS No. THD0929. Line item 0003 Thread cotton/polyester 50, 2-3P, O-drab, S-1, CA66022*, 2-3 ply, No. 50, polyester covering shall not be used, Tex 36-45 for needle conforming to A-A-50199 (red cone). Estimated Maximum quantity 120,000,000 yards (12,000 yards/cone). Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 90,156,000 yards. UNICOR MCS No. THD0930. These items will be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders and will be billed and delivered F.O.B. destination, first order due 45 days after contract award and subsequent orders due 30 days after receipt of order to: UNICOR, FCI Yazoo City, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained from UNICOR=s website at www.unicor.gov/procurement, and should be available within fourteen (14) days after this notice is posted. It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to check the website for any amendments to this solicitation. Hard copies of this solicitation and any subsequent amendments WILL NOT be available.
