Description

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia, intends to negotiate a sole source commercial procurement with Lombart Instrument, Norfolk, Virginia, for integrated eye lane systems. This proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation document available. Any responses must be made in writing and received in this office by February 16, 2001. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
