Description

This announcement is a modification to a previous sources sought announcement that was published in the Commerce Business Daily on September 13, 2000. Draft solicitation N00024-01-R-5160 will be posted on the Internet/World Wide Web in the near future. Interested parties with Internet access can use Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape and Mosaic to access the NAVSEA Contracts Web page at http://www.contracts.hq.navsea.navy.mil. Users with a dial up host connection to the Internet can access the NAVSEA Contracts Web page using their Internet access software and the address listed above. Offerors are hereby noted that any written requests submitted for copies of the draft specification will not be acted upon. The Government seeks industry comments to the draft specification, and will provide industry with 45 days from the time of Internet posting to comment. The Government plans to conduct a brief to industry during the April 2001 timeframe. Following this brief, the RFP will be finalized and synopsized. Questions may be directed to Patrick M.
