- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Siemens Building Technologies Inc, the purchase of labor, material and equipment to install a Siemens Building Technologies 600 Building Automation System in two buildings. Award will be made on the sole source basis to maintain compatibility with existing system. See Note 22.
