- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vanguard Sailboats the purchase of forty-two (42) "LASER SAILBOATS-FULLY RIGGED SAIL". Vanguard Sailboats is the manufacturer of these sailboats. This procurement is for the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. A justification and Approval for Other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 has been prepared. See Note 22. There is not solicitation available for this requirement.
