This solicitation is a RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 26 Feb 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site.
