Description

The USDA, Forest Serivce, Region 3, Lincoln National Forest plans to award a contract for the drilling of a water well for the Air Tanker Base. The Contract requires the contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, services and facilities necessary to drill, develop, and install pump and controls for a drilled water well with an estimated yield of 150 gpm at the Lincoln National Forest's Airtanker Base located at the White Sands Regional Airport in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The airport can be reached by traveling west on US Hwy 70 towards Las Cruces and then turning south on Airport Road. The Airport is approximately 2 miles south on Airport Road. The Airtaker Base is located to the West of the Airport Terminal Building and is signed as the Lincoln Interagency Zone Dispatch Center. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the Forest Service.
