Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture will be negotiating a commercial items contract for new toner cartridges and new and rebuilt usage kits for the IBM-4317 laser printer. In addition to other factors, proposals will be evaluated on the basis of advantages and disadvantages to the Government that might result from making more than one award (multiple awards). Companies within the competitive range will be required to submit sample usage kits and toner cartridges. Award will be based on the best value to the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 23, 2001. Solicitations will be due by close of business March 23, 2001.
