Description

1. The work consists essentially of mowing and grounds maintenance service for Burnsville Lake, Burnsville, West Virginia. The approximate time of performance will be for a base period (May through October 2001) with two option periods (April -- October 2002 and April -- October 2003). The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively bided. A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for March 21, 2001, at 9:00 a.m., at Burnsville Lake. Total contract shall not exceed $213,000.00. This solicitation may be requested by FAX 304-529-5281. This proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside. A SIC code of 8744 has been established for this solicitation. See note #1.*****
