Description

R-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), General Counsel (GC), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Colleen M. Mcconnell, Swampscott, MD to provide services to assist NOAA/GC staff to meet management obligations for referral of enforcement of cases to finance for debt processing. The Contractor will review and a determination must be made as to which procedures to follow to resolve debt processing in a timely and accurate manner. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Reference 100062
