Description

Contractor shall prepare air construction permit applications,any resulting Title V operating Permit modifications, documents requesting regulatory interpretation of existing permit conditions from the City of Jacksonville, Fl Regulatory and Environmental Services Department (RESD), and provide verbal/written assistance regarding air emission issues to ensure compliance to applicable Clean Air Act (CAA) regulations. This requirement is for the NADEP Jacksonville,FL.The soliciation is available on Navy Electronic Commerve Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and FISC Jacksonville Web Page at www.jax.fisc.navy.mil under contracting. It is the resposibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web links frequently for update to any and all documents. Potential offeror will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the soliciation and amendments (if any). The government does not anticipate paper copies of theses documents to be issued. The NAICS is 541620, Size standard is 5 Million dollars. Number Note 1 applies.
