NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT for Architectural Engineering Services for Project #660-227 Patient Pharmacy Dispensing Addition to Building 14 at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. The contractor will provide Construction Documents, Construction Period Services, and activation of the Out-Patient Pharmacy Dispensing Addition. The estimated cost range of the Construction is from $600,000 to 800,000. The Contract will be a firm fixed price negotiated contract. The Issue date is O/A 2-23-01. BOD is O/A 3-26-01. This acquisition is set aside for a small Emerging Business Size Standard 2 Million NAICS #54310.
