Description

This modification is issued for the purpose of correcting information provide in CBD Notice issued on February 5, 2001, for FRICTION PENDULUM SYSTEM TO BE USED IN THE X-BAND RADAR PDCS FOUNDATION under solicitation number DACA87-01-R-0011. Under the Description of the original CBD Notice, the following sentence correction is provided: Sentence reading "If no written responsive sources are received within 15 calendar days, a modification will be awarded." SHOULD BE CHANGED TO READ "If no written responsive sources are received within 15 calendar days, a sole source solicitation will be issued." All other information in original CBD Notice remains unchanged.
