- Description
- The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command (SBCCOM) intends to negotiate with West American Rubber Company (WARCO) Incorporated, Orange, CA, on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.202, for a Firm Fixed Price contract which includes a base year effort and options. This effort supports the production of the M45 Mask. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
