Boot, Safety, Hot Wather, Quantity: Minimum:15,594 pr; Maximum:72,474 Pair with four term options, same as base year quantities. Initial Production Leadtrime 150 days. Items to be manufactured in accordance with PD FNS/PD 96-16. All materials will be contractor furnished. Procurement will be 100% Set Aside for Small Business and will be evaluated under Best Value procedures. Technical Proposal factors will include PDM, Experience/Past Performance, Bill and Hold, Socio-Economic, Mentoring, and JWOD. Notes: 1 and 9
