Description

The Site Visit is rescheduled for Friday, February 23, 2001, at 10:00 A.M. All interested firms are invited to meet in the Constitution Avenue Lobby of the IRS Headquarters Building located at 1111 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. As a result of security issues on this project, the Request for Proposal, Specifications and Plans for this project are not available electronically. They will be available in hard copy for distribution at the GSA Bid Room #1065, 7th & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20407, on Wednesday, February 14, 2001 between 1:00 P.M. and 3:30 P.M., under the following stipulations: All interested firms must call the GSA Bid Room at (202) 708-5961 no later than 12:00 Noon, Monday, February 12, 2001 to request copies of the above documents. This will form the NEW bidders list. The previous bidders list is disregarded. All copies of plans and specifications will be numbered and accounted for. To receive one copy of the RFP, plans and specifications, all interested firms must provide a check in the amount of $600.00, made payable to Swanke Hayden Connell Architects, to the GSA Bid Room at the above distribution date and time. As a condition to receipt of the plans and specifications, the recipient (must be an authorized representative of the firm) will be required to sign an acknowledgment and agreement statement certifying his/her firm will return the plans and specifications issued to that firm, in their entirety, to the GSA Bid Room #1065 no later than the due date and time for receipt of proposals. Plans and specifications must be returned to the GSA Bid Room whether a proposal is submitted or not. Subsequent to the return of the plans and specifications, a reimbursement check in the amount of $300.00 will be mailed to each firm issued those plans and specifications. Proposals are due no later than 3:30 P.M., Friday, March 16, 2001, at the GSA Bid Room #1065, 7th & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20407.
