Description

The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with Ando Corporation for one optical spectrum analyzer. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The appplicable NAICS code is 333314 with a size standard of 500 employees. All reponses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED. See numbered Note 22.
