Description

The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Work Fitness Center under authority of FAR 6.302. This acquisition is for medical surveillance physicals, utilizing appendixes B, C, & G. Appendix F (Diver's portion) requires the exam be performed and signed by a licensed physician qualified in barotrauma and hyperbaric medicine. Provide tests and documentation for annual surveillance physical exams.
