Notice to all Potential Offerors and Customers: A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 20, 2001, at the following location: Springfield Hilton, 6550 Loisdale Road, Springfield, VA 22150. For reservations, please call 703-971-8900. The conference is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM and conclude at approximately 4:30 PM. All potential offerors are to provide a list of attendees not to exceed four attendees per offeror no later than 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on February 14, 2001.
