- Description
- Prepare complete real estate appraisals reported in summary or self-contained format within the states of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. The appraisals must comply with current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), The Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UAS) and the Supplemental Appraisal Report Standards Fish & Wildlife Service -- Region 3. The evaluation criteria include; 1. A current Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License in the states of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio is preferred. A professional designation of MAI through the Appraisal Institute and/or the designation of ARA through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers is preferred. 2. Experience in the appraisal of the following property types is preferred: rural and recreational property, easements, partial takings/severance damages, timberlands, islands, multiple use properties, specialized farms, property in a transitional market, subdivision development, special use properties, commercial and industrial property and high valued properties. 3. Experience in producing appraisals utilizing the Uniform Appraisal Standards For Federal Land Acquisitions "before and after" rule is preferred. 4. Demonstrated capacity to complete high quality appraisal reports on schedule. Indefinite-Quantity Contract for a one year period with four one year option periods. The minimum quantity of appraisals is one and the maximum quantity is 50 per period. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Solicitations may be ordered by Fax (612) 725-1717, or in writing to the above address. Telephone requests will not be accepted. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. Wage determinations have been requested for Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. The Contracting Officer will request wage determinations for additional localities if asked to do so in writing by February 16, 2001*****
