The Food and Drug Administration, has a requirement to purchase one year maintenance for four (4) ESM Managers, two (2) ITA Managers and 204 agents. This software maintenance is considered to proprietary to Axent Technologies. Therefore, an award will be made on a sole source basis and no solicitation will be issued.
