The description of services for this solicitation is clarified and changed to read: The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 6 medical facilities is issuing a solicitation for prescription eyeglasses in strict accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions specificied in the solicitation, to include on-site optical shops at each specified location. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 421460 the size standard is 500 employees. The contract period will be for one year from date of award with the option to extend for up to two additional years.
