Note 26 APPLIES. NSN 5962-01-153-2167, MICROCIRCUIT, LINEAR. Approved sources are Lockheed Martin (03538) P/N 7299 or 77C716272P002. This is an unrestricted procurement for a quantity of 18 each with an option clause for an equal quantity. Incremental quantities from 5 to 24, 25 to 74, and 75 to 150 are required to be priced. Failure to price each increment may result in rejection of the offer. FOB, inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Stock ship destination is New Cumberland, PA. Delivery is to be 90 days after date of the contract. Alternate offers must provide technical data of both their alternate item and the approved item.
