Scope of Work: To Provide Installed, a custom Hendee Garden Center, Triangular Truss System that is 30_0_ x 52_0_ Specifications: Trusses 12_ High Triangular projection and cross trusses. Fabrication using 6063 T-5 1_ diameter aluminum tubing for chord members and 6063 T-5 12_ diameter aluminum tubing for web members. 4043 aluminum alloy welds. Standard mill finish includes grinding of excessive welds and corners. Acid washed and rinsed. Standard width between trusses is 13_0_. Steel Components Wall mounting brackets (when applicable), posts, inserts, and post with base plates. Fabricated using ASTM A3 carbon steel ER 56 Steel welds. All welds ground smooth, bead blasted and galvanized. Standard Height of columns: 13_6_ Out of ground. Support Columns to be 3_ schedule 40 Steel Post. Support Columns Attachments Columns embed 24_ in concrete footings no less that 24_ circumference x 36_ deep with rebar cages. Concrete to meet or exceed 3000 psi. Columns with base plates to be anchored with 12_ x 4_ Expansion anchor with minimum embedment of 3_ Shade Panels Enduro custom panels. 2_ Webbing for edge reinforcement and #2 brass grommets, 12_ on center. Seams heat welded and centered. Enduro is a vinyl coated polyester mesh fabric. It is flame retardant and mildew resistant. 8-Top Panels: 63% Shade Factor, attached to trusses with stainless Steel Springs, 3.7_ in length and 1 11/16_ loops, made in conformance with SST-302 ASTM-A-313. 8-Side Panels: 80% Shade Factor attached with 14_ Nylon Rope. Irrigation System, A Toro Vision 1 low voltage controller and Toro solenoid valves. The controller to allow watering at any preset time or can be operated manually. The solenoid valves to allow watering of specific zones while the controller regulates the time frame and zone to be watered. Spray nozzles to be located at six foot intervals releasing an average of 4 gallons of water per minute per nozzle. The water to be delivered through a 1 14_ PVC (Sch. 40) main trunk line attaching to 1_ PVC (Sch. 40) feed line for each zone.
