Description

17. The work covered under this construction consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, quality control, and supervision necessary to complete all operations required for the completion/ready for use of the project, per the specifications, plans, and the terms and conditions of the contract. The work to be performed in connection to this project includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Project AJJY 97-4105F repair roofs and apply new cementitious roof system to 54 MFH units. b. Project AJJY 97-4105G repair roofs and apply new heat resistant roof coating to 53 MFH units. Performance period will be 392 days; 14 days mobilization, 371 days actual construction time. Performance on each project shall be performed concurrently. The estimated magnitude for total of both projects is between $500,000 to $1 Million. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a bid in response to the solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is responsive and offers the best value to the Government based on price, experience, past performance, and small disadvantaged business utilization. We anticipate issuing this Request for Proposal on or about 27 Feb 01. We will not issue paper copies of this solicitation. We will make the solicitation available on the Electronic Posting System @ http://www.eps.gov.
