Single award term contract for the period 07-01-01 to 06-30-02. Multi-part forms, 8-1/2 x 11" or 8-1/2 x 14", printing face only or face and back in black ink or a Pantone ink color other than black. Anticipating 15 to 30 orders per ear for approximately 1,000 to 100,000 copies of 2 to 7 parts per order. Operations include film making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution.
