Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Bradley Damitz for the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary (MBNMS). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide Sanctuary Advisory Council (SAC) coordination services and policy analysis to the MBNMS. Period of proposed contract is 3/15/01-3/14/02. Suggested vendor possesses experience with policy research and education/outreach on policy issues specific to the MBNMS. New contract must be in place effective 3/15/01 due to departing staff at the MBNMS.
