- Solicitation Number: F41621-01-R-0011 Sources Sought Synopsis: The Government has requirements for Joint Modeling And Training Simulations II (JMATS II) services in support of the Joint Information and Operations (JIOC) Center. The JMATS II will be awarded using Source Selection procedures. The JMATS II program will provide analysis, development and exercise support services to the Joint Information and Operations Center (JIOC) in three areas: (1) Studies for and software development of aggregate level and analytical simulations and models for Information Operations (IO) training and force-on-force exercises; (2) Exercise support consisting of pre-exercise simulations preparations and models operations support for JIOC participation in training and exercises; and (3) maintenance of selected JIOC software. JMATS II procured models and simulations will cover the full range of (IO) technical disciplines including, but not limited to, operations security, psychological operations, military deception, counter deception, electronic warfare, public affairs, civil affairs, physical security, counter intelligence, information assurance, computer network attack and defense, counter propaganda, and destruction. A source-sought synopsis is being issued in order to disseminate our requirements to all prospective offerors. At this juncture, the government is only interested on those prospective offerors who would be interested in supporting our mission requirements. We are requesting that all interested offerors confirm their interest in this requirement in writing. In order to begin developing the Bidders List, if interested, all prospective offerors are requested to respond at your earliest convenience. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Time permitting, the government intends on issuing both a Draft Solicitation to allow all prospective offerors to evaluate the requirements and have A Pre-Bid Conference. The Pre-Bid Conference will allow all interested offerors to address any concerns or questions they may have on this requirement with the government.
