Description

Request for Proposal from qualified, responsible offerors to furnish a Comprehensive Professional Physical Fitness Program for a target audience of approximately 400 federal employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office and the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Government will provide the space facilities, utilities, office furnishings and exercise equipment. It is the Government's intention to have available a physical fitness program to improve the health, fitness and well being of the VA employees located in Phoenix, Arizona. This solicitation is a total 100% small business set-aside, NAICSC code 713940, $5.0. Term of the contract is one (1) base year with four (4) one year options. Solicitations will be available on or about February 20, 2001. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR, Part 12 and FAR, Part 13. This solicitation number 644-28-01 is issued as a Request for Proposals. ALL requests for copies of the solicitation must be in writing, NO telephone requests will be accepted.
