Description

The Department of the Treasury_s Bureau of the Public Debt will issue a solicitation for marketing research. Public Debt requires the services of a full-service marketing research firm with capabilities, including, but not limited to, research strategy development, qualitative and quantitative consumer research, analysis of findings, and development of marketing recommendations based on research findings. The government anticipates award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract that provides for fixed-price and time-and-material task orders and has a base period with four one-year option periods. This action is set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541910 (Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling) and the small business size standard is $5.0 million.
