- The Minerals Management Service (MMS) intends to award a Purchase Order to Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, BP8, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, utilizing other than full and open competition for Commercially available Microsoft Premier Support Services Subscription for one year on all Microsoft products presently licensed by Microsoft Corporation to MMS. Microsoft does not provide this service through dealers. No solicitation is available for this sole source acquisition. See numbered Note 22.
