Description

This is a combined synopsis/RFQ for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Communications and Data Directorate MCAGCC, 29 Palms, CA. 92278-8114 is in the process of upgrading base telephone/communications. This project includes the connectivity for voice and data requirements. The government is seeking the following commercial items: All items are manufacture specific or equivalent Item Qty Mfg. Rack 176 Siecor CCH-01U Fiber Shelf, SC Single Mode 352 Siecor CCH-CP06-38 Special delivery is required for this synopsis/RFQ and is a follows: 1/3 of order must be delivered 10 days upon receipt of purchase order, next 1/3 of order must be delivered 30 days after first delivery, and last 1/3 must be delivered 60 days after first delivery. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing. If quoting FOB Origin, include city/state and estimated shipping cost. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/RFQ to the responsible contractor whose quotation, conforming to this RFQ, which is the lowest price, and most advantageous to the Government. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule and satisfactory past performance record. The government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Incorporated provisions and clauses are as follows. FAR Provision 52.212-1, applies to this acquisition. Offer shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, which may be accessed on the Internet (http:''www.arnet.gov/far/). Additional applicable FAR Clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-3, 52.203-6, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, 52.225-15, 52.232-33, 52.232-34 and GSAM Clause 552.212-71, 552.229-70 apply.
